I traveled to Wigan for Pro Tours 3-4 and another leg of the European Tour qualifiers (Wieze and Munich). The Pro Tours can be summarized quickly. On the first day, I lost to Jimmy van Schie in the first round, and on the second day, I lost to Pascal Rupprecht, also in the first round. The first two Players Championship tournaments took place in Hildesheim on 9–10 February. I arrived well prepared and immediately faced an old acquaintance in the first round: Jermaine Wattimena. But this time I came out on top and managed to win. I also played well in the second round, beating Cor Dekker in the decider.
